Take US Route 50 East to Route 404 East (Route 18). Follow Route 18 to US 113 South to Selbyville. Take Route 54 East toward Fenwick Island. Follow Route 54 through Williamsville. Turn right onto Americana Parkway at the main entrance of the community (by Harris Teeter) 

From Points North: Wilmington, Philadelphia, New Jersey & New York 

Take 95 South to Route 1 South, Exit at Christiana Mall. Stay on Route 1 to Route 113 in Milford. Follow Route 113 to Selbyville. Take Route 54 East toward Fenwick Island. Follow Route 54 through Williamsville. Turn right onto Americana Parkway at the main entrance of the community (by Harris Teeter) 

From Points South: Ocean City, Maryland 

Take Route 1 North (Coastal Highway) to Fenwick Island. Turn left onto Route 54. Follow Route 54 approximately 4 miles. Turn left onto Americana Parkway at the main entrance of the community (by Harris Teeter)
